As previously announced (refer below), the Government of the Hong Kong SAR's public consultation period in respect of the Security of Payment and Adjudication Legislation ends on 31 August 2015.
A transcript of the Society's Evening Forum on 30 July 2015 about this important subject is available for download via the link below. The Society will be compiling a response based on the Forum discussion for submission to the Government.
