At its AGM on 11 June 2015, the Society awarded its inaugural Bar Scholarship Prizes.
Having received and considered a number of applications, Scholarships were awarded to Matthew CHEUNG Wai Wo and
Kaiser LEUNG Kai Hong.
The object of the Scholarship is to encourage candidates of the highest caliber to undertake a pupillage with a practising barrister whose practice is significantly in the area of construction law, by providing them with financial incentive and/or assistance during pupillage.
The total value of the Scholarship awarded to each successful candidate was HK$45,000. The Scholarships and commemorative certificates were presented to the two successful candidates at the AGM by SCLHK outgoing Chairman, Doug Wardale.
