2020 International Arbitration Survey

Date

The Society of Construction Law Hong Kong would like to invite its members to participate in the 2020 International Arbitration Survey on “Adapting Arbitration to a Changing World” prepared in collaboration between Queen Mary University of London and White & Case LLP.

The 2020 survey will focus on the adaptability of international arbitration in a changing world.  It seeks to explore how international arbitration has adapted, and may continue to adapt further, as the interests and needs of the arbitral community reflect global changes, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  With the aim to research the outlook of the international arbitration community as a whole, the survey welcomes all stakeholders to share their perspectives of international arbitration, including private practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators, academics or those working for an arbitral institution.

The link to the survey is at https://survey.opinio.net/s?s=24637, while more details about the survey can be found at http://www.arbitration.qmul.ac.uk/research/2020-international-arbitrati…; The questionnaire should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The closing date for responses is 11 December 2020.
