James Lee, CEO of Paul Y Engineering Group Limited. James has been the Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director) of Paul Y since April 2016. James holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees, and a Diploma of Management Studies. He has amassed over 29 years of experience in project management, property development, architectural practice and corporate management.

Brian Downie, Deputy Director - Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain at MTR Corporation Limited. The legal team he manages support the company in Hong Kong and internationally across an extensive range of areas including projects and construction, rail operations, property development and management, statutory compliance, criminal prosecutions as well as in general corporate support (employment, intellectual property, corporate finance etc). Prior to joining MTR Corporation, Brian was General Counsel for Leighton Asia, India & Offshore which had construction, contract mining and oil & gas businesses spanning 14-15 countries. Before moving inhouse, Brian worked in private practice with a focus on projects and construction. He was formerly a partner at Simmons & Simmons and Minter Ellison.

James Niehorster, Barrister of Pacific Chambers. James obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and was a partner in an international construction consultancy in Hong Kong before he was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998 and of Hong Kong in 2001. Having started life at the bar with a mixed civil and criminal practice based out of Pacific Chambers, James has developed an increasingly specialist practice in construction and engineering law. Recognised as a leading junior in the Legal 500 and the Doyle’s Guide. James was the founding Chairman of the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong.

Amanda Wong, Director – Contract Advisory, Programming, Risk Management of Currie & Brown. Amanda is one of the few programming experts in HK with practical experience in project execution, programming risk analysis, forensic programming as well as training and advisory. She advises in NEC3 and NEC4 Contracts for some major infrastructural projects and engaged as the Independent Programme Facilitator. She had involved in different types of projects including Civils, Infrastructure, Viaduct, Tunnels, Industrial, Gas Projects, Railways, Data Centres, Residential, Hotel and Resorts, MEP, Utilities and Road Works, Museum, Basement Construction etc in HK, Macau, Taipei and Korea. She is a Fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (FHKICM).
