Congratulations to Keith Keown whose essay entitled 'Is Hong Kong Ready for the NEC' is the winner of the 2011 SCLHK paper-writing competition. The paper was the subject of a presentation by Keith to SCLHK members at the Hong Kong Club on 15th March 2012.
