Following the SCLHK’s successful 2011 International Construction Law Conference, it has announced its 2012 One Day International Conference.
The Conference will spend the morning with a focus on the NEC 3 form of construction contract. Local speakers together with eminent international lawyers from the field of construction law will deliver talks to include their practical experience and legal insight into procuring and delivery of major infrastructure projects. Elements of local contract forms will also be covered in an afternoon sessions together with an update of recent developments in construction law in the UK.
