James Howells QC specialises in international commercial arbitration with particular expertise in infrastructure, construction, engineering, shipbuilding and IT disputes. His experience in energy-related cases includes oil and gas production platforms and rigs, FPSOs, gas storage caverns, desalination plants, power stations and renewables.
