Previously a partner at a leading Singapore law firm, based in its Shanghai office, Hazel combines on‑the‑ground China experience with deep familiarity with international arbitral practice. She is a former Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Singapore and the former Centre Director of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
