  \n About the speakers:\n Michael Crane QC. Michae
 l Crane has over fifteen years&rsquo\; experience 
 as an international arbitrator. As well as ad hoc 
 references\, he has been appointed under most of t
 he world&rsquo\;s leading institutional rules incl
 uding those of the ICC\, LCIA\, LMAA\, UNCITRAL\, 
 AAA\, SIAC and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Mi
 chael&rsquo\;s experience to date divides roughly 
 equally between party appointments and appointment
 s as sole or presiding third arbitrator. Michael i
 s currently ranked by Chambers &amp\; Partners (UK
  Bar) as an international arbitrator with a Band 1
  listing. Until recently he combined his arbitrati
 on practice with that as a leading silk at the Com
 mercial Bar. In his final year of full-time practi
 ce at the Bar Michael was ranked by Chambers &amp\
 ; Partners as the Star Individual in Aviation and 
 achieved Band 1 rankings in Commercial Dispute Res
 olution\, Insurance\, International Arbitration (C
 ommercial) and Transport law.\n \n \n Jonathan Web
 b. Jonathan is a Partner in HFW&rsquo\;s London of
 fice specialising in shipping dispute resolution a
 nd litigation arising from charterparties\, bills 
 of lading\, shipbuilding contracts\, ship sale MOA
 s\, financing contracts\, ship management and crew
 ing agreements\, hull insurance policies\, bunker 
 supply contracts and general average situations as
  well as disputes involving commodities\, mining\,
  energy and off-shore contracts. Cases involving s
 hipping insolvencies\, security arrests and enforc
 ement are a speciality.\n \n The Honourable Rimsky
  Yuen\, GBM\, SC\, JP. Rimsky Yuen has been a barr
 ister since 1987. He was appointed Senior Counsel 
 in 2003. He specialized in commercial disputes inc
 luding corporate disputes\, insolvency\, as well a
 s banking and financial products disputes. In addi
 tion to acting as advocate in court and other lega
 l proceedings\, Mr. Yuen acted as arbitrator in in
 ternational arbitration and as mediator in commerc
 ial disputes. Further\, apart from being the Chair
 man of the Hong Kong Bar Association from 2007 to 
 2009\, Mr. Yuen was a Recorder of the Court of Fir
 st Instance of the High Court during the period fr
 om 2006 to 2012. From 1 July 2012 to 5 January 201
 8\, Mr. Yuen was the Secretary for Justice of the 
 Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
  Region (HKSAR). As Secretary for Justice\, he was
  the chief legal adviser to the HKSAR Government a
 nd was responsible for\, among others\, the promot
 ion of arbitration and mediation. On 5 January 201
 8\, Mr. Yuen resigned as Secretary for Justice and
  thereafter resumed private practice as barrister\
 , arbitrator and mediator in April 2018. Mr. Yuen 
 was also recently appointed as a member of the Int
 ernational Commercial Expert Committee of the Supr
 eme People&rsquo\;s Court of the People&rsquo\;s R
 epublic of China.
