ADR in Asia Conference 2011: Paradigm Shift in Asian Dispute Resolution - Impacts on Arbitration and Mediation
The ADR in Asia Conference is annually organised by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The purpose of this conference is to serve as a platform for the arbitration community, in-house counsel and other legal practitioners to discuss the trends and developments of arbitration in Asia. The 2010 conference was attended by over 180 speakers and delegates and supported by more than 50 sponsors and supporting organisations.
This year, the conference will be held at the Four Seaons Hotel Hong Kong and speakers from Asia and overseas will speak on a range of topics concerning dispute resolution, including:
